This event will be held as part of the 4th International Cybersecurity Cluster Session in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We are delighted to invite you to this hands-on competition which will bring together teams from both public and private sectors from Ukraine, Slovenia, Moldova, and the Balkans, providing a platform to sharpen technical cybersecurity skills in a highly dynamic environment.  The event will provide a platform to enhance technical cybersecurity skills through simulated real-world scenarios, drawing on Ukraine’s recent experience in combating cyber aggression.

Designed to foster collaboration and innovation, the CTF will enhance participants’ ability to safeguard critical infrastructure and sensitive data from upcoming cyber threats.

09:30 - 10:00: Official Opening & Overview of CTF Structure
10:00 - 13:30: Teamwork
13:30 - 14:30: Coffee Break
14:30 - 17:00: Teamwork, Wrap-Up Session & Award Ceremony
17:00- 17:15: Coffee Break

Important! We kindly request all participants to bring their own laptops, as they are essential for completing the CTF tasks and actively engaging in the event's cybersecurity simulations. Additionally, to ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review the following requirements and information carefully.

 

Technical Requirement:

OpenVPN must be installed and fully operational on your laptop.
 

The competition will cover the following categories, so familiarity with these topics is recommended:

Category #1: Active Directory
Category #2: Linux, SSH
Category #3: Git, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security
Category #4: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Web Security, Object Detection.

These events are organized by the National Cyber Security Coordination Center (NCSCC) under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), in partnership with CRDF Global, and supported by the U.S. Department of State.
